Veyil App collects minimal data required for the app to function effectively. The data we collect includes:

• Starting location of your trip
• Destination of your trip
• Optional trip date parameter
• For authenticated users: email address for account identification

The locations you enter do not need to be your current location. We provide an option to use your current location to simplify the experience, but this is entirely optional.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties. Your information stays with us.

For guest users, we ensure complete anonymity. For authenticated users, we only use your email to identify your account and provide you with saved routes and analysis history. Your data is protected and used solely to deliver the features you requested.

Veyil App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Maps API: For location searching and route calculation. Google's privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
• Firebase: For authentication and data storage. Used to manage user accounts and saved routes.
• Google Analytics: For performance monitoring and understanding user engagement.

Our API requests are logged as part of network monitoring for fraud prevention and to safeguard against server attacks. No uniquely identifying information is shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for these services to function.

By using Veyil App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

• Usage of Data: Any data you provide is used to improve the app and its services. For guest users, no personal data that can uniquely identify you is stored. For authenticated users, we store your email and saved routes to provide account features.
• Account Creation: By creating an account, you consent to the storage of your email address and any routes or analysis you choose to save. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Data Deletion: Authenticated users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
• Third-Party Services: The app uses services like Google Maps, Firebase, and Google Analytics. By using Veyil, you also agree to comply with the terms and policies of these services.
• Limitation of Liability: Pluto Creative Lab (PCL) is not liable for any indirect or direct damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following changes means you accept the new terms.
